After honing his skills at culinary school, Ryan deciding to focus largely on the FoH side of the industry and advanced to study Events, Hospitality and Travel and Tourism for a further 2 years. 

Whilst studying he worked in a number of well-respected Bars, expanding his knowledge of the drinks industry. 

Falling for the Bar industry, Ryan decided to train with the EBS (European Bartending School). Here he learnt about flair bartending and started working towards competitions. Learning about flair also reignited his long-term love of the circus, a great passion of his.

Ryan learnt more and more about the industry, always pushing himself to his limits. He progressed through the ranks and, now with 10 years’ experience, can offer expert knowledge in a host of areas pertaining to the hospitality industry.
